We have been in business since June 2017.
What is your primary product or service?
Maidsway Cleaning is a residential cleaning company that specializes in high end recurring maid services and also cleaning services for Move in move out cleaning and deep cleaning needs.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I had previously owned a company in tech and also e-commerce sales that I sold in 2014. Went into corporate world and missed being an entrepreneur. I wanted to build a local service company that sustains for a life time.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We provide high quality service compared to other companies. Our cleaners our vetted and checked, well trained and also paid more than other competitors pay, which allows us to keep cleaners much longer. Having a happy staff that knows they are appreciated it shows in their work.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have on location in Austin, Texas. We do plan on expanding more in the future. There have been a couple of economic setbacks in the last 4 years to prevent massive growth but we have everything planned.

We all operate remotely but our home base is in south Austin but the Onion Creek exit and Southpark Meadows shopping center.

I own the company and we have two account managers that operate 7 days a week.
