Established in 1994, Famous Dave's Legendary Bar-B-Que came to Abilene in 2008, and has been crankin' our its award-winning specialties ever since.
What is your primary product or service?
Famous Dave's most popular products are hickory-smoked meats and made-from-scratch, home-style sides. Our full-service dining also features smokin' sandwiches, burgers, chicken, delicious fish, your favorite beverages, and award-winning homemade desserts.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Dave Anderson's passion is the consistant presentation of America's BEST food, with emphasis on his exceptional BBQ, award-winning sauces, and a huge menu of value-packed meals. All of which are remarkable in their wonderful flavor and consistant quality. No one equals our sweet cornbread muffins and bread pudding!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We now have restaurants in Abilene and Amarillo, with plans to open across Texas.

Famous Dave's is located just off the Winter's Freeway on South Danville Drive. 3001 South Danville is one block northwest of Southwest Drive, adjacent to Wisteria Place.
