Day Spa. Skin Care, Massage, Anti-Aging, Waxing, Reflexology and a host of others.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My sister and I have always enjoyed Spa services, whether traveling or just routine maintenance. So we decided to go to school specifically for opening our own Day Spa. Seventeen years later, we now have two locations, one in Abilene, and one in Boerne, and still have a passion for our profession.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are constantly re-evaluating, educating ourselves, keeping on the forefront of our industry, which gives our clients results. That keeps them coming back, because our treatments work. We also listen to our clients, most importantly.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
As stated earlier, we have two locations, and have plans for a third in West Ft. Worth, serving the TCU area.
Provide detailed directions to your location
We are located at 4501 South 3rd. 3 blocks south on Pioneer from S. 1st Street. We have our own building, which was designed and built specifically for us in 2002.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, checks, Visa, American Express, Master Card, Discover. We also offer online payment services, such as Gift Certificates, and appointment booking.
Which areas do you service?
The Big country! We have clients that come from Big Spring to Ft. Worth, and all points in between.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Wendy Chamberlain (owner), and our Spa Staff, without which I could not take care of all the details necessary to owning a business which takes so much detail!
What are your hours of operation?
Tuesday through Saturday 10 a.m. - 6 p.m., with later appointments upon request.
